300 g Courgettes
100 g Flour
80 g Parmesan
2 Eggs
8 cl Milk
1 cl Oil
3 square Fromage frais

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Rinse and dice the courgettes.

Put the eggs, oil, courgettes, flour and parmesan into the mixer bowl, then pour in the milk. Close the lid and blend for 1 minute and 30 seconds, gradually increasing the speed to maximum.

Grease the muffin tins, fill halfway with the batter, place half of the fromage frais on top and cover with the remaining batter.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, reducing the temperature to 180°C halfway through cooking.
