250 g *Flour
1 snuifje *Salt
75 g *Sugar
1 zakje *Baking powder
2 *Egg
25 cl *Milk
1 el *Vanilla
100 g *Butter
3 *Peach
1 el *Honey
1 el *Sugar
1 el *Water
1 el *Pine nut
*Whipped cream

*Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla and mix well.

*Add the melted butter and mix until the dough is smooth. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.

*Meanwhile, prepare the caramelised peaches: plunge the peaches into a pan of boiling water for just under 1 min. Remove them, peel them and cut them into quarters.

*Heat the honey, sugar and water in a pan. Caramelise the peaches for 2-3 mins on each side.

*Arrange the quarters on two plates with the remaining sauce. Chill for 30 minutes.

*Just before serving, toast the pine nuts in a frying pan without adding any fat.

*Preheat your appliance.

*Pour a small ladleful of batter onto the centre of each mould on the waffle plate. Close the appliance and cook until the waffles are golden and crisp.
