  • 6 Small Chantecler apples

  • 180 g Softened butter

  • 210 g Caster sugar

  • 105 g Natural yoghurt

  • 6 Whole eggs

  • 210 g Flour

  • 24 g Baking powder

  • 3 pinch Cinnamon

Préparation

Etape 1 /9

Peel, core and cut the apples into small cubes. Set aside.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Etape 3 /9

In a bowl, whip the softened butter with the sugar until creamy.

Etape 4 /9

Add the yoghurt then the egg yolks.

Etape 5 /9

Mix in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

Etape 6 /9

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, then gently fold them into the batter using a spatula.

Etape 7 /9

Add the apple cubes and mix well with a spatula so that the apples are well coated.

Etape 8 /9

Divide the batter between 6 mini cake tins and cook on the programme for the indicated time. Repeat the previous steps to make further batches.

Leave to cool slightly before turning out.
