  • 1 zeste *Orange zest

  • 50 g *Butter

  • 3 cl *Orange juice

  • 120 g *Plain flour

  • 20 g *Almond powder

  • 20 g *Almond

  • 1 tl *Baking powder

Préparation

Etape 1 /6

*Whisk together the egg, sugar and zest in a large bowl until the mixture whitens and becomes frothy. Then add the melted butter and orange juice.

  • 50g *Butter
  • 3cl *Orange juice

Etape 2 /6

*Gently fold in the flour, almond powder, almonds and baking powder. Mix gently until the dough is smooth.

  • 1tl *Baking powder

*Preheat your appliance.

*Using a teaspoon, shape into balls and place in the madeleine moulds.

*Check for doneness and restart if necessary.

*Turn out immediately and leave to cool on a wire rack.
