40 g *Parmesan
0.5 tl *Baking powder
1 *Egg
50 g *Butter
2 cl *Water
4 cl *Milk
5 cl *Semi-thick cream

*Mix the flour, Parmesan and baking powder in a large bowl.

*In another bowl, beat together the egg, butter, milk and cream, then add to the flour mixture. Mix well to obtain a smooth dough.

*Preheat the appliance.

*Place 1 tablespoon of batter in the centre of the moulds. Check for doneness and restart if necessary.

*Turn out of the mould and quickly cut out the wafers. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
