1 zakje *Baking powder
2 *Egg
30 cl *Milk
50 g *Butter
80 g *Cured ham
30 g *Parmesan cheese
*Pepper

*Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

*In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then add the milk and melted butter.

*Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry mixture and stir just until combined, taking care not to overwork the dough.

*Add the ham and Parmesan. Mix well.

*Preheat your appliance.

*Pour a ladleful of batter into the centre of each mould on the waffle plate. Do not overfill to avoid overflowing.
