Minced meat empanadas

*Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

• 1 *Puff pastry
• 130g *Minced beef
• 0.25 *Onion
• 1tl *Paprika
• 0.5tl *Cumin seed
• 1 *Egg yolk
• 2snuifje *Salt

*Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the shape of a quenelle in the centre of each disc.

Stap 3 /6

*Fold the dough over to form the turnover, press to seal the edges and flatten the top of the turnover slightly with your hand. Sprinkle lightly with paprika and cumin.

*Preheat your appliance.

Stap 5 /6

*Place the turnovers in the appliance. Cook until the turnovers are golden and crispy.

*Check cooking and restart if necessary.
